Randall J. Reeves

Randall J. Reeves, 46, of Genoa, passed away at home unexpectedly on January 11, 2026.

Randy was born on September 6, 1979 in Ithaca, a son of Sidney and Sharon (Armstrong) Reeves of Genoa, who survive him. A lifelong area resident, he attended Southern Cayuga Central School and Tompkins-Tioga BOCES. He had an aptitude for carpentry, was an avid fisherman in earlier years, and he enjoyed motorcycling.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Hannah McUmber (Joshua), of Sempronius; six grandchildren; a sister, Melanie Reyes (Domingo); a brother, Jason Reeves (Kali); his maternal grandmother, Donna Armstrong; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by grandparents, Albert J. Armstrong, Sr., and Blair & Gertrude Reeves.
