Paul L. Palmer, 78, of Locke NY passed away on May 24, 2024 in the home he built. Paul was born on March 10, 1946 in Syracuse, NY and was the son of Lois (Dusseau) Barber and Ernest Palmer. He was a graduate of Moravia Central School and proudly served in the United States Navy where he was deployed on the USS Lawrence DDG-4. He was a loyal and dedicated employee for over 25 years and retired from Borg Warner Automotive. He served as Locke Town Supervisor for many years and has been a life member of the Moravia VFW Post 7127.

He was a long time tournament fisherman with the Crown City Bassmasters and proud to call Jon Austin his BFF “Best Fishing Friend”.
