Lloyal farmed for many years alongside his late wife of 63 years, Ellie, until they sold their farm. He then drove truck for Allen’s farm for a few years. He was a man of few words, but plenty of laughs, and smiles were had while he would reminisce about all the good times he had throughout his life. He was a very hard-working man, doing different projects in his shop, where he spent most of his time. He loved to do carpentry and would make such beautiful things for the people he loved. He spent a lot of time using his carpentry skills rebuilding the house he and his wife bought many years ago. He was loved by so many people, especially his family.
He is survived by his brother Robert Burrows and his sister Wanda Nemeth (Alex); all four of his children: William W. Burrows (Deborah), Debrah A. Quinn, Tamara L. Huskey (Kevin Lasher) and Scott H. Burrows; his nine grandchildren: Terence Quinn, Jason Quinn (Allison), Timothy Burrows (Sandy), David J. Huskey (Jobeth), Stephanie A. Huskey (Bradley Noe), Kyle Huskey, Stacie Burrows (Ben), Jennifer Burrows, Alyson Morse (Nick). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren: Caleb, Dream, Jasper, Jacob, Jayden, Madison, Caroline, Bowen, Carson, Alaina, Kyler, Chloe-Lynn and Amelia. He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Phoebe, his sister Joan Smith, his wife Eleanor, and his nephew Michael Quinn.
Per Shorty’s wishes there will be no services held. In his memory there will be a celebration of life at a later date for close friends and family.
