Linda J. Reeves

Linda J. Reeves, 78, of Genoa, passed away at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center on June 1, 2026.

Linda was born on March 25, 1948 in Babylon, Long Island and resided in the Elmira, Ithaca and Genoa areas for most of her life. She retired from HSBC Bank in Ithaca where she was a loan processor for many years. She loved her gardens.

She is survived by her children: Michael Scott O'Brien (Dana), of UT, Shawn Patrick O'Brien, of TX, Daniel Keith O'Brien, of Genoa, and Heather Lynn Grosvenor, of NC; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Duryea, of Elmira; and sister, Cindy Miles, also of Elmira. She was predeceased by her mother, Georgette Duryea and brother, Wayne Duryea.

A private celebration will be held at a later time when her extended family can gather together.
