Kirk B. Ecker

Kirk B. Ecker, 69, of Union Springs, passed away on May 12, 2023 at the Commons on St. Anthony, Auburn.

Born July 13, 1953 in Clifton Springs, NY, he was a son of the late Jean (Koberg) and Ralph M. Ecker, Sr.  A graduate of Southern Cayuga Central School Class of 1971, Kirk worked at Borg Warner Automotive in Ithaca and was a carpenter.

He is survived by his sons: Theodore James, Ryan, Christopher, and Carson Ecker, all of the Auburn area; his siblings: Susan Brook, of Phoenix, AZ, Coe L. Ecker, Sr., of Aurora, Margaret (Meg) Caskey (Gary), of King Ferry, and William Ecker, of NC; and a companion, Elizabeth (Liz) Ecker.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Steven H. Ecker.
